Made with our naturally fermented starter to give our bread its characteristic flavour. Slow proved overnight to develop flavour and improve digestibility.
Sprouted wheat flour is made from whole sprouted wheat grains. The grain is allowed to germinate a small amount and during this process some of the starches in the grain are broken down. This makes them a bit easier for people to digest.
This is an all rounder wholemeal bread that is great for sandwiches and toasting.
